1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Move2Swipe ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to the Move2Swipe mobile application and the marketing website at move2swipe.com.

2. The App

Move2Swipe is a fitness accountability app that restricts access to selected applications on your device until you complete your daily activity goals. Activity data is synced automatically from connected wearable devices or health platforms.

The App is a tool to support your personal fitness goals. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition.

3. Health Disclaimer

Move2Swipe relies on fitness data provided by third-party wearables and health platforms. This data may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable due to device, connectivity, or platform limitations. We are not responsible for errors in activity data reported by connected devices.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing a fitness program. Do not rely on Move2Swipe as a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. User Accounts

You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not create accounts for others, share your account, or use the App to impersonate any person or entity.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Move2Swipe offers paid subscription plans (Monthly, Annual) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. All billing is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their respective terms.

Your 7-day free trial begins when you start the trial in the App. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for your selected plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. To cancel, manage your subscription through Google Play or the App Store — cancellation is not available within the App itself.

Launch pricing (discounted Annual and Lifetime rates) is available for a limited time and is not guaranteed to remain available. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change.

6. App Blocking

Move2Swipe uses accessibility services and device features to restrict access to selected apps. The App's ability to block access depends on your device's operating system, permissions granted, and any system-level restrictions imposed by device manufacturers or OS updates.

We do not guarantee that blocking will be effective on all devices or in all circumstances. Determined workarounds may exist. Move2Swipe is a commitment tool — its effectiveness depends on your intent to use it as designed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Move2Swipe to:

  • Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or reverse-engineer the app-blocking or goal-tracking features
  • Interfere with the operation of the App or our backend services
  • Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit false or manipulated activity data to unlock access without completing goals

8. Intellectual Property

The Move2Swipe name, logo, app design, and source code are owned by Move2Swipe. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used in ways harmful to the App or other users. If your account is terminated, your subscription will not be automatically refunded — refund eligibility is governed by Google Play or Apple App Store policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move2Swipe and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed activity goals, or inability to access blocked apps.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Move2Swipe excludes all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
